After several announced delays, Paramount Pictures shows confidence in the months ahead and has decided to bet on anticipating the premiere of A Quiet Place Part II.
The film will debut on May 28, on A Quiet Place Part II movie weekend that commemorates Memorial Day, in theaters in the US, a weekend that was left free with the calendar with the change of release date for F9.
It should be noted that after its release in theaters, the film will have a 45-day showing period, which at the end of that time, can be released to all Paramount + subscribers. So far it is unknown if this measure only applies to the US.
Prior to the pandemic generated by COVID-19, the film was scheduled to premiere on March 20, 2020. Its first rescheduling was for September 4, 2020; the second for April 23, 2021 and the third for September 17, 2021.
The plot of A Quiet Place Part II will introduce us to the Abbott family facing the terrors of the outside world. Forced to venture into the unknown, they realize that the creatures that hunt by sound are not the only threats lurking beyond the sandy path.
